Board Meetings

The Board meets regularly, on a monthly basis, generally on the second Wednesday of each month.  Regular meeting dates for 2025 are as follows.

All meetings begin at 7:00pm and are currently being held by Zoom. Anyone wanting to receive the Zoom meeting login, please email the board president through the website contact page. If you are wanting to discuss a particular topic with the board, please notify the board president at least 5 days prior to the scheduled meeting so the discussion topic can be added to the agenda.

Homeowners, in good standing, in attendance at the annual meeting are eligible for a drawing for one $100 credit on 2026 HOA dues. You MUST be in the room to receive.
